1. God deeply desires for you to experience His Son before you die.

2. The only way to depart in peace is according to God‘s word.

3. To see Jesus is to see salvation. 

  • “This child is appointed” - There is no other name.

  • “ … for the fall and rising of many … ” - There is no neutrality.

  • “ … and for a sign that is opposed … “ - Jesus fulfills prophecy. 

  • “ … (and a sword will pierce through your own soul also) …” - Jesus will lay down His life.

  • “ … so that thoughts from many hearts may be revealed.“ - Jesus is the dividing line of history and every human heart.
