“The Southern Hills Baptist Church Fine Arts Academy provides excellent Fine Arts instruction to those in the Metro-Oklahoma City area.  We hope to offer our church and community a safe, positive environment, where talented musicians and artists, who are also believers, can help students develop their musical and theatrical gifts as well as be encouraged in their walk with the Lord. It is our desire that God will use the gifts of music and theatre to reach the hearts of the students and families that we connect with daily at Southern Hills Fine Arts Academy."
Academy Hours
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4-8pm

Music Instruction
We offer private instruction from age 5 and up in piano, guitar, voice, violin, drums and drama.
Lessons are one-on-one for 30 minutes each once a week.
Piano students should have a full size keyboard or piano available to them for practicing.
Violin students should wait until after the first lesson before purchasing an instrument.  We encourage all students to participate in a yearly recital offered in May.  This is a great opportunity for them to showcase all they have been learning and it is a great source to build confidence.  Students are responsible for purchasing books and/or music for lessons.  Teachers will communicate what is needed and where to purchase it.

Music/ Drama Fees
  •  $20 yearly registration/enrollment fee (2 enrollment fees max per family)

  • $85/month per student for SHBC members (this is a monthly payment plan)

  • $90/month per student for Non-SHBC members (this is a monthly payment plan)
